ToC or Tongue of Concentration: The way in which Richard Armitage’s tongue protrudes when he is concentrating deeply.

As seen in the above pictures, this quirk carries over between both varying roles and real life for Mr. Armitage.

APM

Newbies, this is an acronym that you’ll want to give special attention.

APM or Armitage Protection Mode: The intense desire to protect Richard Armitage. This affliction often leads sufferers to attempt to police the activities of other fans. According to RAFrenzy, symptoms include (but are not limited to):

• Continual scouring of the web for talk of Richard Armitage
• Self-importance
• Impaired humor
• Maniacal need to pontificate about behaviors of others toward Richard Armitage with the goal of correcting them
• Possible delusions of actually protecting Richard Armitage

This acronym comes from Fedora Lady.

SND or So Not Dead: No matter what the bloody scriptwriters choose to do to our beloved RA chaRActers, we know they are, in fact, alive and well and ready to entertain us yet another day.

Some of the characters who have achieved SND status are:

Sir Guy of Gisborne from Robin Hood

Lucas North from Spooks/MI-5

John Porter from Strike Back
